More Time for What Matters
A Case Study
Cassie loves her work as a nutritionist. She’s passionate about helping her clients feel their best, whether it’s through meal plans, coaching, or just being there to listen. But as a stay-at-home mom of four, she found herself stretched thin. Between juggling her kids’ schedules, running her business, and giving her clients the care they deserved, something had to give.
The Challenge
Cassie’s biggest problem was time. She needed to focus on her clients, but the behind-the-scenes work of running her business—scheduling, emails, client follow-ups—was eating up hours she didn’t have. She knew she needed systems in place to streamline her operations, but she didn’t have the bandwidth to figure it out on her own.
The Solution
Cassie started by working with Midge, who took the time to really understand her needs. Together, they audited her operations, identified the pain points, and created a plan to overhaul her systems.
Once everything was in place, Cassie was paired with Jen, a virtual assistant who’s been managing her new systems for several months.
The Results
Today, Cassie is able to focus on her clients without worrying about the admin work piling up.
It’s okay to ask for help. Running a business and a household is a lot to handle, and sometimes, the best thing you can do is bring in someone who can take the weight off your shoulders.
For Cassie, that meant finding a team who could handle the details so she could create the space for the important parts of her life: her family and her clients.
